Участие добровольцев на СВО не освобождает от призыва

Действительно, в соответствии с действующим законодательством участие в СВО не является основанием для освобождения от призыва на срочную военную службу. Как показывает практика, в настоящее время в зоне СВО в рамках добровольческих формирований находятся в том числе лица призывного возраста, ранее не проходившие службу по призыву.
На фоне этого вчера в Госдуму внесли законопроект, который призван распространить норму об освобождении от призыва на указанную категорию лиц.
