Новый и очень полезный сервис начал тестироваться на Госуслугах. 🚗 Теперь можно отправить сообщение владельцу автомобиля по его госномеру.
Этот новый функционал я нашел пока только в мобильном приложении (что логично), на основном сайте его ещё нет.
🚘 Суть в том, что по госномеру авто можно отправить сообщение пока из ограниченного перечня, некоторые из которых 👍👍👍 ооочень полезны:
📌 ТС блокирует проезд 📌 Произошло ДТП 📌 Машину эвакуируют 📌 Сработала сигнализация 📌 Включены фары 📌 Открыто окно 📌 Спущено колесо
📝 Написать сообщение с свободной форме пока нельзя, только выбрать из списка, но и это уже отлично.
Алгоритм: Услуги ➡️ Транспорт Права ➡️ Сообщение о проблеме владельцу транспортного средства
😍 Новая услуга работает ещё пока нестабильно, но сам факт её наличия это серьёзное удобство при попадании в неприятные ситуации. #транспорт #авто #Госуслуги
