Бюро по демократическим институтам и правам человека (БДИПЧ) ОБСЕ сообщило о том, что было вынуждено отменить наблюдательную миссию за парламентскими выборами в Таджикистане из-за отсутствия гарантий аккредитации международных наблюдателей.
«Мы глубоко сожалеем, что наше наблюдение за предстоящими парламентскими выборами в Таджикистане невозможно. Но отсутствие формальных гарантий того, что наши наблюдатели смогут выполнять свою работу менее чем за месяц до выборов, сделало наш выход из наблюдательной миссии неизбежным», — заявила директор БДИПЧ Мария Телалян.

After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge.
