Как вы помните, Елена Анатольевна Шувалова обращала внимание власть предержащих, что, например, в организующей проведение выборов депутата Мосгордумы по 45 округу избирательной комиссии "Арбат" не предусмотрен даже туалет.

Отвечают, что дескать нет здесь массового наплыва избирателей, и так обходятся. Что это они хотят сказать? Что люди не ходят в ОИК? Не интересуются кандидатами? Порядком голосования? Если так, так что это за выборы?

Далее пишут, что гражданам оказывается всесторонняя поддержка для решения санитарно-гигиенических вопросов. То бишь как? Ведут через охрану до туалета Главы Управы, стоят ждут, а потом отводят обратно? Так что ли?

В общем, что ни ответ, то шедевр изобретательности.
