С 1 сентября 2025 года жертвы кредитного мошенничества смогут быть освобождены от обязанности погашать долги.
🔸Об этом заявил председатель комитета Госдумы по финансовому рынку Анатолий Аксаков. К указанному сроку банки и микрофинансовые организации будут обязаны усилить свои системы защиты от мошенничества и проводить более тщательные проверки перед выдачей кредитов.
Если выяснится, что при оформлении кредита финансовая организация не соблюла установленный «период охлаждения», не провела должной проверки сделки, и по этому факту возбуждено уголовное дело, заемщик получит право не возвращать долг, пояснил депутат.
