представили выставку и концерт, посвящённые 150-летию со дня рождения великого русского композитора Сергея Рахманинова. На мероприятии выступил Губернаторский духовой оркестр Тамбовской области.

От себя лично и от всех жителей Тамбовской области хочу выразить слова благодарности в адрес Президента России Владимира Владимировича Путина за идею объявить 2023 год Годом Рахманинова и за возможность для нашего региона быть центром празднования юбилейных торжеств.

Слова искренней благодарности - Председателю Совета Федерации Федерального собрания Российской Федерации Валентине Ивановне Матвиенко за предоставленную возможность провести на закрытии весенней сессии Совета Федерации выставку и выступление оркестра, посвящённые 150-летию великого русского композитора Сергея Васильевича Рахманинова.
