Наркобизнес действует крайне цинично и намеренно втягивает в последнее время в эту деятельность именно детей, причем даже ребят в возрасте от 12 лет. Зная, что их не привлекут. Нужны серьезные превентивные меры, чтобы остановить это. Поэтому я поддерживаю предложение главы СК о снижении возраста привлечения к уголовной ответственности. Уже сейчас в колониях много молодежи, которая повелась на сомнительные предложения в сети и пошла работать в эту сферу. Будет только хуже, число фактов продажи наркотиков через сеть, особенно Telegram, только растет. Многим предлагают в объявлениях работу «репетитором», а на деле оказывается, что наркокурьером.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions. Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
