Провела второе занятие в Москве после долгого перерыва.
Традиционно уделили внимание связи тела и ума, необходимости правильно растягиваться и правильно расслабляться. Когда ты выполняешь упражнения на коврике, не менее важен мотив. Чем более он эгоистичен, тем эффективнее можно деградировать) Стараемся культивировать иной подход. Благодарю за доверие и рада видеть новых людей в зале.
