10 февраля в России официально отмечается профессиональный праздник − День дипломатического работника, установленный Указом президента Российской Федерации от 31 октября 2002 года.
Профессия дипломата — это не только престиж, но и довольно тонкое искусство невозможное превратить возможное, сохранив отношение между странами, сохранив человеческие жизни и благополучие.
Это серьезная, неимоверно большая ответственность. Считаю, что официальная дипломатия и общественная дипломатия при полноценном взаимодействии смогут разрешить многие вопросы в мире.
Хочу сегодня поздравить всех своих коллег, в том числе и коллег из Министерства иностранных дел России, Общественной палаты стран ЕАЭС, Общественной палаты России, Россотрудничества, Ассамблеи народов Евразии, РАМС и других, пожелать крепкого здоровья, терпения, сил, выдержки, успехов в профессиональной жизни, а в личной – большого человеческого счастья!

Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
