I really don't find the assassination a "class-uniting event", that's why I didn't put the preceding post with this one. But the second sentence here is the most important, what's common between people isn't ideas, it's your place in the production, it's the way you earn your living, either with your work, or with your capital.
The working class got a hero, sure, a sexy nerd at that. But did they get the realization that they're the ones making society function, that they're the ones who should decide how hospitals run, how much they get paid for their work, how long they work ? I doubt it, but I'm certain we can come to that, and that's the direction people angry at society should take.

The picture was mixed overseas. Hong Kong’s Hang Seng Index fell 1.6%, under pressure from U.S. regulatory scrutiny on New York-listed Chinese companies. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them.
