Более чем втрое увеличилось число преступлений, совершенных лицами, незаконно находящимися на территории РФ. Несовершеннолетними мигрантами совершено на 70% больше, чем в аналогичном периоде прошлого года.
«Антисоциальное поведение приезжих и их детей имеет серьезный деструктивный потенциал», — подчеркнул Бастрыкин.
