Московские друзья и товарищи! Ещё раз напомню, что 14 ноября сего года мы попытаемся с Игорем Карауловым ответить на некоторые из вечных русских вопросов. Произойдет это в знаменитом Бункере на Лубянке, где я прежде никогда ещё не выступал. Отвечать буду текстами и не текстами, а также всей своей предыдущей жизнью, как водится. А до того почти целый день (где-то с полдня до пяти вечера) думаю провести в Джоново-Ленином Нигде Кроме на Арбатской в доме Моссельпрома, где буду рад всем, кто захочет меня там навестить.

'Wild West' Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
