«Со временем здание разрушается, все сооружение очень хлипкое и ненадежное. Из-за непогоды обрывается обшивка и отрываются листы с крыши. В очередной ветродуй они прилетят кому-нибудь на голову. По лестнице рядом люди идут на работу, на остановку автобуса, а дети в школу и обратно. Убедительно просим принять меры и снести это опасное заброшенное сооружение, пока не случилось несчастье»
