Отрицательная динамика у нефтепродуктов (-4,58%) и навалочных грузов (-38,4%). Но это всё мелочи. Объемы перевозок и структура грузовой базы Севморпути будут зависеть от успеха в Арктике двух компаний: Новатэка и Роснефти.
Первая из-за санкций уже остановила "Арктик СПГ-2" (а это порядка 20 млн тонн в год). "Восток Ойл" ограничения напрямую не затронули, но сроки ввода сдвинули вправо. Когда это случится, таймырская нефть станет основным грузом.
