🔸 با توجه به کاهش شدید دمای هوا و به منظور مدیریت مصرف انرژی، با تصویب ستاد انرژی استان کلیه ادارات، بانک‌ها و نهاد‌های عمومی (به جز مراکز درمانی، امدادی و شعب منتخب بانک‌ها) و نیز مراکز آموزشی اعم از مهدکودک‌ها، مدارس، مراکز فنی و حرفه‌ای و دانشگاه‌ها در سراسر استان تا پایان هفته تعطیل می‌باشد.

While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
