Мне пишут, что застрои уже оповещают клиентов-ипотечников, что снова дружат с ВТБ... бескорыстно (т.е. без оброка)

Левел вчера сразу после новости подорвался. Берите хату, мол, как есть. Хотя день назад, клиенту с одобрением ВТБ плюсовал 8% к прайсу. ПИК так же. Уже и в карточки выбора условий "синих" банкстеров вернули 👆

Тот случай, когда ВТБ-шники таки выступили в роли локомотива, а не вечно Сберо-догоняющих. Видимо, осознали, что госипотечная "убыточность - убыточностью"... Но стратегию и доли рынка никто не отменял

Напомню, всего за полмесяца января, по мосрегиону, доля ВТБ в ипотечных ДДУ торжественно скатилась с 27 до 8% (скрин). А по оперативке на 22 февраля, доля "синих" в выданных штуках всей госипотеки Мск укаталась уже до 5,7%

Да и дроконить людей в кабинетах, со всеми их ФАС и ЦБ, гадя в кормящие ладошки... ну такая себе тактика

Полагаю, Иго-банкстеры помельче быстро переобуются вслед. Сбер же, с февральской долей госипотеки всё же 33%, ещё может потянуть. Они всё это заварили, и надо держать мордочку. Пацаны не извиняются. Но, полагаю, никуда ребята не денутся. "Один в поле не Иго" @iliilitop
