Я спросил ~~у ясеня~~ у наших SEO-синьоров и миддлов, как им у нас работается. Опыт работы в компании у всех разный - 2 года, 1 год, 5 месяцев, 2 месяца. Бэкграунд тоже разный - агентство, агентство, собственные проекты пополам с инхаусом и агентством, инхаус в сети рехабов (иф ю ноу вот ай мин)

Получились вот такие ответы. Поскольку на момент написания ответа я еще не спросил разрешения на публикацию, люди писали "как есть", с учетом разной персональной инфы - и кое что пришлось затереть, к сожалению - имена, явки, пароли, деньги.

Но общий вайб однозначный: синьорам у нас хорошо.
