Спасибо, что так быстро отреагировали. Мы всегда прислушиваемся к своим сотрудникам. Отвечаем сразу всем в этом посте — мы не сможем уволить Семёна по трём причинам:
1. Формально Семён у нас не трудоустроен, а значит ТК на него не распространяется. 2. Семён единственный оставшийся сисадмин. Кроме него, никто в нашей серверной ничего не понимает. 3. Семён ушёл в запой, и мы не знаем где он и когда вернётся. #офисныеблудни
