Нет, иск подали не ФСБ, и даже не Следственный комитет. А некий местный тамада Олег Лихачев - автор этого шедевра.
Так что теперь за несогласованное восхваление Путина - штраф 300 тысяч рублей:))) Кстати, за оскорбление Путина по статье 20.1 КоАПа действует штраф от 40 до 100 тысяч рублей. Ну, вы поняли. @infernal_money
