Мажилис утвердил новый Водный кодекс, который требует от всех пользователей водных ресурсов, включая небольшие мойки и крупные предприятия, а также пассажирские и грузовые суда, получения лицензий на специальное использование водных ресурсов. Об этом сообщил Павел Казанцев, руководитель рабочей группы по разработке кодекса.
"Разрешение не будет выдано тем, кто использует питьевую воду и сбрасывает её в канализацию. Мойки смогут работать только при условии наличия системы оборотного водоснабжения," - подчеркнул он.
Кроме того, предприятиям предоставляется два года для того, чтобы адаптироваться и перейти на системное использование оборотной воды, добавил Казанцев.

Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report.
