Думаю, примерно такое же отношение и в других странах с массовой русской эмиграцией. Вроде как такие же русские с обеих сторон конфликта, при этом снова налицо провал идеологической работы с тем самым «русским миром» и неспособность внятно и - если хотите - «привлекательно» (как бы цинично не звучало) объяснить людям цели этой войны.
