Правительство Южной Кореи решительно осудило подрыв дорог, обязательство по погашению задолженности за строительство которых лежит на Пхеньяне. В свою очередь, сестра лидера КНДР Ким Ё Чжон заявила, что у Северной Кореи есть доказательства, что военные Южной Кореи стоят за полетами БПЛА в столице.
