الجواب: بركة السحور المراد بها البركة الشرعية، والبركة البدنية، أما البركة الشرعية فمنها امتثال أمر الرسول والاقتداء به صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وأما البركة البدنية فمنها تغذية البدن وقوته على الصوم.
