В сотейнике смешиваем мед, специи и соль, доводим до кипения, постоянно помешивая. Снимаем с плиты, добавляем разрыхлитель и хорошо перемешиваем, появится пена, затем добавляем мягкое сливочное масло и перемешиваем до однородной массы, переливаем в миску и даем немного остыть.
Взбиваем яйцо и отправляем в нашу смесь, перемешиваем и начинаем просеивать муку (тут возможны варианты больше/меньше)
Начинаем замешивать тесто, оно должно быть теплым и эластичным, вырезаем формочки
