Совместными усилиями предприниматели, сотрудники администраций и простые жители собрали все необходимое по заявкам земляков. Вместе с продуктами питания и теплыми вещами на передовую отправлены низкочастотный ретранслятор, дизельные обогреватели, рации, маскировочные сети, генераторы и многое другое.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
