Судья Петрозаводского горсуда Мария Виссарионова сегодня, 4 июля, заключила под стражу до 28 августа 47-летнего водителя, который совершил на Древлянке смертельное ДТП и сбежал с места происшествия. В ходе судебного заседания выяснилось, что обвиняемый совершил ДТП в состоянии алкогольного опьянения, без прав. В машине на момент аварии у него находился 6-летний ребенок-инвалид, за которым он ухаживает ( это его официальная работа). Вину мужчина признал полностью, раскаялся. Просился под домашний арест, чтобы быть с ребенком, так как жена работает. Такую же меру просила и его адвокат Наталья Абрамовская. В свою очередь, прокурор Владимир Луценко и следователь ходатайствовали о заключении под стражу, так как считают, что может скрыться, как с места ДТП.
Отметим также, что обвиняемый ранее судим по ст.111 ч. 4. - избиение, повлекшее смерть потерпевшего
