Волгоградские архитекторы предложили способ, как сделать новую общественную территорию еще более комфортной.

Поскольку на улице 7-й Гвардейской Дивизии в центре Волгограда этой осенью открылся новый сквер #МыВместе, специалисты решили разработать концепцию акцентного освещения соседних домов. Новый облик получат 10 МКД по обе стороны от паркового пространства.

It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
