По предварительным данным, водитель Mitsubishi ASX выехал на полосу встречного движения, где столкнулся с маршрутным микроавтобусом Toyota Hiace. На месте скончались водитель и пассажир кроссовера, а также пассажир маршрутки. Также с места ДТП в больницу доставлены водитель и пассажир Toyota.
