Утверждается, что несмотря на проживание в квартире малолетних детей и отсутствие иной недвижимости, судом принято решение о выселении.
По данному факту следственными органами ГСУ СК России по городу Москве организована доследственная проверка.
Председатель Следственного комитета Российской Федерации Бастрыкин А.И. поручил руководителю ГСУ СК России по городу Москве Стрижову А.А. доложить о ходе проверки и установленных обстоятельствах. Исполнение поручения поставлено на контроль в центральном аппарате ведомства.
