Видимо для властей Московское НПЗ имеет более важное значение, чем любое другое. Спасатели уже во всеоружии и готовы тушить, если понадобится. С другой стороны, если проводится такая подготовка спасателей, то на возможности ПВО сбить БПЛА уже никто не рассчитывает? В любом случае подобная подготовка должна дать свои результаты, если это, конечно, не очередная показуха...
