Саша Хоценко, дочка Губернатора Омской области, вне всяких сомнений, внесла огромный вклад в победу Омска. Молодец! Но дальше главное – за оставшийся год сделать так, чтобы Омск и областьдействительно рванули и задали тон всей стране. Как и полагается столице. И тут уже требуются взрослые и нестандартные мысли и действия. Готов их предложить. Будет очень обидно, если в 2026 году Омск и область не сумеют достойно представить себя как именно столицу и культурную столицу России.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
