Ну что ж... По этой логике: 1. Все должностные лица стран НАТО, принимавшие решение о военной помощи бандеровской Украине, участвуют в гибридной или обычной войне против России. Имя им – легион. Перечислять не буду, места жалко. И все эти лица могут и должны рассматриваться как законная военная цель для российского государства. И просто для всех патриотов России. 2. У лиц, которые выступили исполнителями преступлений против России, поименованных в п. 1, всегда есть пособники. И они тоже отныне законная военная цель. К ним могут быть отнесены и паршивые шакалы из The Times, которые трусливо спрятались за редакционной статьёй. Стало быть, это всё руководство издания.
Логично? Вполне! А значит, be careful! Ведь в Лондоне много чего случается…

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
