Сегодня власти Армении публично обвинили Азербайджан в подготовке военной провокации.
«Военно-политическая ситуация в нашем регионе серьезно ухудшилась», - заявил премьер-министр Никол Пашинян на заседании кабинета министров в Ереване. По словам Пашиняна Азербайджан «сосредотачивает» войска на общей границе двух стран, а также вблизи горного района, контролируемого сепаратистами. «Азербайджан демонстрирует свое намерение предпринять новую военную провокацию против Нагорного Карабаха и Армении», — так Пашинян обвиняет Баку в намеренной эскалации конфликта. Недавно в интервью западным СМИ Пашинян раскритиковал Москву за то, что она не разблокировала единственную дорогу, связывающую Нагорный Карабах с Арменией, которую патрулируют российские миротворцы. Кроме того Пашинян прямо заявил, что опора Еревана на Россию как на гаранта безопасности является «стратегической ошибкой». Заместитель министра иностранных дел России Михаил Галузин заявил государственным СМИ на этой неделе, что НАТО пытается втянуть Армению «в сферу своего пагубного влияния».

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications.
