В Кургане суд признал местную жительницу виновной в мошенничестве при получении социальной выплаты на уход за ребенком-инвалидом. Женщина, заключившая договор с соцслужбой в 2013 году, незаконно получила более 600 тысяч рублей после того, как отправила сына в интернат в 2017 году, не сообщив об этом соответствующим органам.
Согласно судебным материалам, женщина должна была уведомить соцработников о переменах в течение пяти дней, но продолжала получать пособие более пяти лет. Когда факт мошенничества был выявлен, сумма ущерба составила 631 350 рублей. В суде обвиняемая заявила, что забыла сообщить об изменениях и тратила деньги на других своих детей.
Суд назначил женщине наказание в виде двух лет лишения свободы условно. Она уже начала возмещать ущерб государству.
