На улицах ведётся уборка последствий ударов по гражданским объектам: коммунальные службы и добровольцы разбирают завалы, вывозят строительный мусор и обломки. Воронки от прилётов засыпают, чтобы максимально быстро вернуть улицам привычный облик.
Выбитые окна в жилых домах и социальных объектах временно закрываются фанерой, чтобы обеспечить тепловой контур. В ближайшие дни начнётся установка новых стеклопакетов: замерщики уже снимают размеры.
На месте продолжают работать аварийные и оперативные службы, которые устраняют последствия разрушений. Держу ситуацию на постоянном контроле.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. That hurt tech stocks.
