Вместо устаревших объектов здесь возведут жилье для целей программы реновации и иных нужд города. На первых этажах новостроек будут работать магазины, кафе, рестораны и другие предприятия малого бизнеса. В результате будет создано почти 170 рабочих мест», – сказал Владимир Ефимов.

По его словам, вложения в развитие площадки оцениваются в 7,1 млрд руб., а ежегодный бюджетный эффект – в 65,5 млн руб.
