Также липчанам пообещали заменить порядка 1600 светильников на светодиодные. В районе Опытной станции до конца лета должны проложить ливневую канализацию. А в Елецком микрорайоне власти хотят обустроить новые парковочные места и запустить автобусы через весь жилой комплекс.
