Самострой в Мемориальном парке на Соколе, он же "особняк", о котором наш канал писал ранее (www.group-telegram.com/ru/livesokol.com/10418), похоже, наконец, нашёл нового хозяина.

Сегодня граждане лицезрели внутренности этого "особняка", включающие голые стены, унитаз и электрический щиток по соседству.

Бывшие владельцы "особняка" привлекали покупателей не только фразой про "НЕ КУЛЬТУРНОЕ НАСЛЕДИЕ" и датой изготовления этого наследия – 1970 год, но и наличием 20 бесплатных парковочных мест. Вероятно, они не знали, что муниципальные депутаты Сокола совместно с Дептрансом Москвы лишили "особняк" этой привилегии.
