🇪🇺 Европейский Союз 11 февраля начал официальный процесс лишения 🇰🇭 Камбоджи льготных тарифных субсидий, предоставляемых в рамках торговой схемы «Все, кроме оружия» (ЕВА).
Процесс заключается в «шестимесячном периоде интенсивного мониторинга и участия», а затем еще трехмесячном периоде, когда ЕС подготовит отчет на основе своих выводов.
Окончательное решение о том, утратят ли камбоджийские экспортеры доступ к преференциям EBA, будет принято через 12 месяцев с даты начала процесса, а вступит в силу ещё через 6 месяцев (13 августа 2020 года).

Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
