Комплекс планируют построить за три года, он будет расположен на Колымском шоссе, уже идёт отсыпка строительной площадки. Спорткомплекс должен получиться шикарный: в нем будет ледовая арена, бассейн длиной 25 метров, тренажёрный зал, зал единоборств, зал настольного тенниса, фитнес-зона, сауна, медцентр и пр.
