Добывают - бокситы (которых в Красноярском крае нет), из бокситов потом получают глинозем, из которого, уже процессом электролиза - алюминий. Для чего и нужно овердофига электроэнергии.
На видео Путин четко говорит про возможное совместное строительство гидроэлектростанции и про последующее ПРОИЗВОДСТВО алюминия. А то я читаю ваши заголовки про предложения Путина добывать алюминий и думаю, то ли я с ума сошла, то ли всё-таки мир. Но нет, просто у всех работают криворукие новостники, не способные сами прослушать видео.
