В истории с предписанием УФАС газовикам по пересчету тарифов по ВДГО/ВКГО (с учётом решения уже и по СВГК и СамараГазу), по прежнему нет обоснований, формул, и точных цифр - на сколько должен быть выполнен перерасчёт. Снижение на 1 копейку, формально будет являться- исполнением представления УФАС, но по-факту бред.

На мой взгляд, УФАС всячески боится ответственности, и поэтому уклончиво "грозит пальцем" газовикам.

Meanwhile, while the price of WTI crude oil slipped from Sunday’s multiyear high $130 of barrel to $109 a pop. Markets have been expecting heavy restrictions on Russian oil, some of which the U.S. has already imposed, and that would reduce the global supply and bring about even more burdensome inflation. He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions.
