С его помощью предприниматели могут заявить в том числе о нарушениях со стороны заказчиков при проведении закупок, включая случаи нарушения сроков оплаты по исполненным договорам. Сделать это можно в разделе "Закупки. Действия (бездействие) заказчика".
Обращения, направленные через сервис, рассматриваются Корпорацией в срок до десяти рабочих дней со дня поступления.
Для доступа к сервису необходимо авторизоваться через портал Государственных услуг. При возникновении вопросов можно обратиться в службу поддержки по телефону: 8 (800) 100-11-00.
