Как рассказали в министерстве строительства, архитектуры и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства Марий Эл, такое решение было принято в связи с инфляцией и увеличением накоплений собственников в фондах капремонта многоквартирных домов.
Напомним, что за последние 10 лет в рамках программы капитального ремонта в республике было восстановлено более 1100 многоквартирных домов.
