Он отметил, что регулирующий видеоигровую индустрию законопроект не подразумевает запрет иностранных игровых сервисов. Его цель —дать возможность разработчикам игр предупреждать пользователей о содержимом в играх.
«Мы хотим, чтобы распространители игр дали их разработчикам возможность предупреждать пользователей об особенностях игрового контента (сцены жестокости, насилия, употребления алкоголя и наркотиков и т.д.)», — заявил Горелкин.
