Евгений Михалович жил с семьей в селе Красноселькуп. Он 15 лет работал электромонтером охранно-пожарной сигнализации в отделе вневедомственной охраны муниципалитета. В ноябре 2024 года он решил заключить контракт с Минобороны и отправиться на СВО.
Прощание с военнослужащим пройдет 18 февраля в 11:00 в тюменском крематории по адресу Червишевский тракт, 511.
