Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. And this seems like an excuse to kick the can further down the road still and not do too much too soon." Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. "He has kind of an old-school cyber-libertarian world view where technology is there to set you free," Maréchal said.
