On February 14, as part of his working visit to the Federal Republic of Germany, the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan met with the Minister of Defence of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Yuriko Backes.
The progress of the agreements reached during their meeting in June 2024 was discussed.
The parties agreed to take practical steps to advance cooperation in the near future.
Additionally, issues related to international and regional security were addressed. ___
В рамках рабочего визита в Федеративную Республику Германия министр обороны РА Сурен Папикян 14 февраля встретился с министром обороны Великого Герцогства Люксембург Юрико Бакес.
Была обсуждена реализация договоренностей, достигнутых на встрече в июне 2024 года.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. "Your messages about the movement of the enemy through the official chatbot … bring new trophies every day," the government agency tweeted. In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
