‼️⚡️В Дополнение к ранее опубликованной информации сообщаем, что по состоянию на 14:00, 23 февраля 2025 года, по всем направлениям, участки автомобильных дорог, подведомственных ГКУ "Дагестанавтодор", закрытые ранее из-за снежных заносов и лавин открыты.
Транспортное сообщение с населенными пунктами восстановлено в штатном режиме.

На автомобильных дорогах республиканского, межмуниципального и местного значения Республики Дагестан, подведомственных ГКУ "Дагестанавтодор", ведутся ежедневные регламентные работы по содержанию.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
