Зачастую эти люди слабо укоренены в нашем обществе, зато тесно связаны с земляками. Не исключено, что на службе они начнут защищать не законы РФ, а интересы диаспор. И этнический криминал стремится внедрять своих людей в органы МВД. Во избежание этих рисков нужен запрет на прием в полицию лиц со стажем гражданства менее 10 лет.
